Airtel data plan right now is as cheap as 10x it was 2 years ago.
Airtel have freebasics service that let you surf the web with or without data plan. Etisalat (9mobile) is offering the same right now.
The Airtel data plans that I will dish out now is all I could boastly say is the best you can get anywhere else.
Do not worry, it's not a cheat that requires you to do some tweaking like in the blackberry days (grins) but normal USSD codes and texts.
